Currently captioning opens a separate overlay that then needs to be clicked out of twice without a clear CTA button. Can make this process clearer and more succinct.

The Expression review page also attenuates the full caption with a "more" button. For the person expressing the post, think it makes more sense to leave this in full so it can be properly reviewed without having to click another button.
