Allow option for GIFs to alway be animated

For me, the gifs in the main feed don’t move unless I click “play” on the song. It seems to me like it might be better for the gifs to be playing on their own, regardless of whether the user plays the song. (Might make the feed look more exciting/enticing?)

That would be fun but also potentially distracting. I'll have to check how resource-intensive it would be and maybe we can push it to a test environment to check out how it would look...
