Unable to add songs to a playlist in Spotify. Error message reads “error logging into Spotify” despite it seemingly being connected.

Also had this issue. Still haven’t been able to add songs from here onto my Spotify playlists. 🥲

rina: Are you using an iPhone or Android? We just released a new iPhone version that should fix this issue, and the Android version is under review - will update this thread when it's ready.

Hey playtpoo! We're sorry that you are encountering this issue. Sounds very annoying. A few things I would like you to help verify for me:

You have Spotify installed on your device and logged in
In Profile > Settings > Streaming Services, toggle the Spotify connection Off/On

Matt (Grey Matter): Thanks for quick reply. I did that. I also seemed to have made progress by reinstalling the app however now the app says it has added the song to “Grey Matter Favorites” playlist but It doesn’t seem to have created that playlist in my Spotify. I closed Spotify and opened it again which didn’t work. I can’t find the playlist.
